Submission Guidelines
Ensure your submission meets medical accuracy standards. All abstracts must be submitted electronically before the deadline of July 31, 2026.
- Required Format: IMRAD (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion)
- Authors must include a short CV (Maximum 2 pages)
- Completed Conflict of Interest Form must be attached
- Word count: Maximum 500 words (excluding title and affiliations)

Oral Presentations

Poster Presentations
Posters will be organized by topic, and dedicated poster sessions will provide opportunities for discussion and interaction with participants.

All submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.

Abstracts will be screened for relevance to the scientific scope of the meeting and overall quality.

Abstracts submitted for oral presentation will be assessed based on scientific quality, originality, and relevance to the meeting topics.
